The 10th English Curry Awards 2021 welcomed 350 guests at the Holiday Inn Birmingham Airport-NEC on this October, in a celebration of the English curry Industry.
The English Curry Awards recognised the hard work, determination, impeccable service and efforts of the best English curry establishments and their teams.
The black-tie event was hosted by presenter, Tommy Sandhu.
Several of the awards were split into local regions to ensure that smaller businesses from across England are also recognised.
The English Curry Awards 2021 embodied the strength of the nation’s hospitality industry. It is a vast group of men and women from the restaurant and takeaway industry who specialise in creating England’s favourite dish.

Local Restaurant of the Year is Dudley Spice (Dudley)
Best Customer Service: Spice Valley Norwich (Norwich)
Outstanding Restaurant of The Year awarded to Nawaab Saab (Nottingham)
Fine Dining Restaurant of The Year was awarded to Pushkar Cocktail Bar and Dining (Birmingham)
Street Food Restaurant Of The Year is My Delhi Indian (Newcastle)
The Vegetarian Restaurant Of The Year Award went to Veggie Perrins (Plymouth)
Curry School of the Year awarded to: Sharmini’s Inspirational Indian Cuisine (York)
Caterer of the Year Overall Winner is Mahir’s Experience (Birmingham)
English Curry Awards Chef of the Year Overall Winner: Sohail Rana at Lime Indian Restaurant & Takeaway
Voted Most Wanted Restaurant of the Year Overall Winner: Maaya Indian Kitchen (Milton Keynes)
